The core function of the capping machine is to automatically achieve a "secure seal between container and cap," operating on a simple four-step principle: 1. **Bottle Feeding & Positioning**: The bottles to be capped—such as beverage or medicine bottles—are precisely positioned at the designated spot, ensuring they remain steady and don’t shift. 2. **Cap Sorting & Alignment**: Using a vibrating bowl feeder or similar mechanism, disorganized caps are aligned in a uniform direction (e.g., with openings facing downward), then individually guided directly above each bottle. 3. **Initial Engagement**: The cap is first loosely engaged with the bottle opening—typically by screwing it in 1–2 turns for threaded caps—preventing misalignment during the final tightening process. 4. **Precision Capping**: The capping head rotates at a controlled speed and with a specific torque setting, firmly securing the cap onto the bottle. Once the proper sealing force is achieved, the machine automatically stops, ensuring both a leak-proof seal and preventing damage to either the bottle or cap.

Bottle positioning for capping: Place the bottles awaiting cap sealing (such as beverage or medicine bottles) at the designated location, ensuring they remain steady and don’t shift.
Cap sorting and arrangement: Use a vibratory bowl feeder to align scattered bottle caps in a uniform direction (e.g., with the opening facing downward), then deliver them one by one directly above the bottles.
Pre-tightening step: First, lightly engage the cap with the bottle opening (e.g., screw on the threaded cap 1–2 turns) to prevent misalignment during the final tightening process.
Precision screw sealing: The capping head rotates at a preset force (torque) and speed, tightly securing the bottle cap. Once the correct level of pressure is reached, it automatically stops—ensuring a leak-proof seal without damaging the bottle or cap.
