Product Introduction
This product is specifically designed for filling and capping bagged products such as drinkable fruit jelly, dairy items, juices, beverages, daily chemical products, and other similar goods. The entire machine combines pneumatic operation with mechanical transmission and electrical control, seamlessly integrating automatic bag feeding, in-line filling, automatic bag-mouth cleaning, automatic cap sorting/capping/screwing, and final cap inspection—followed by automatic bag removal. The system is equipped with a CIP cleaning system, an in-line filling system, and an in-line capping system, all controlled via a PLC-based human-machine interface. Key electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from renowned international brands like those from Germany and Japan. Additionally, we can customize new machine models based on specific customer requirements.
Packaging materials
The spout-top stand-up pouch filling machine is primarily designed for packaging liquids, pastes, and fluids containing fine particles—provided the material has good flowability without causing equipment blockages.
