The entire machine combines pneumatic operation with mechanical transmission and electrical control, seamlessly integrating automatic bag feeding, in-line filling, automatic bag-mouth cleaning, automatic cap sorting/capping/screwing, and final cap-inspection—followed by automatic bag removal. The equipment is equipped with a connected CIP cleaning system, along with integrated in-line filling and capping systems, all controlled via a PLC-based human-machine interface. Key electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from renowned international brands such as those from Germany and Japan. Additionally, we can customize new machine models tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
