CCS-12D Stand-Alone Pouch Filling and Capping Machine

This product is specifically designed for filling and capping bagged products, including fruit jelly drinks, dairy products, juices, beverages, daily chemical items, and other similar goods. The machine combines pneumatic operation with mechanical transmission and electrical control, automating the entire process—from automatic bag feeding, to servo-driven filling, followed by automatic bag-mouth cleaning, cap sorting/sleeving/capping, cap inspection, and finally, bag removal. It can be equipped with a CIP cleaning system, a servo-based filling system, and a servo-driven capping system, all controlled via a PLC integrated with a user-friendly HMI interface. Electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from renowned international brands such as those from Germany and Japan. Additionally, we can design custom models tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
